2020 was a successful year at Olivia and has set the tone for an exciting 2021. We have met development milestones with many homes in the process of being built.

2020’s milestones
1. Stages 1 & 2 titled in AugustThese first two stages provided 150 titled lots and new home builds began.
2. Stage 11 titled in SeptemberStage 11 titles followed in September, giving another 47 residents the opportunity to commence building their new homes.
3. Stage 3 construction commenced August 2020Stage 3 is due to title in Quarter 2 of 2021 and we will see another 80 homes added to the Olivia community.
4. 60 homes currently under construction60 new families will be moving into Olivia in the coming months after securing house and land packages!
5. 120 sales last year, with 52 in November and DecemberToward the end of 2020, we had record sales at Olivia. Current land owners at Truganina are referring family and friends. There are also several government incentives available to take advantage of.
