Olivia Construction Update: August 2024
Works have been progressing well since our last construction update blog, bringing 252 families closer to building their dream homes! If you missed our recent construction update video, you can view it here.
Stage 4 – Titles Expected November 2024
All physical works are complete, all lots have been pegged and we are awaiting sign-off by all relevant authorities.
Stage 5 – Titles Expected November 2024
Electrical and telecommunications infrastructure, asphalt and concrete works are all completed.
Stage 6 – Titles Expected February 2025
Electrical and telecommunications infrastructure are nearing completion, whilst asphalt works are complete and concrete works are 50% completed.
Stage 7 – Titles Expected February 2025
Electrical and telecommunications infrastructure is nearing completion. Concrete and asphalt works are 50% completed.
Stage 8 – Titles Expected November 2024
All works have been completed with the only the clean up of lots remaining to be completed.
It’s Time to Organise Your Finance!
If you have purchased land in Stages 4, 5 or 8, please start organising your finance. Valuations will be held between now and November, keep an eye on your emails for dates and times.
