Olivia Construction Update October 2020 Panaia Boulevard

As we head into the last quarter of what has been an unpredictable 2020, Olivia has nevertheless celebrated several milestones.

During the third quarter of 2020, titles were successfully delivered for 200 lots in Stages 1, 2 & 11. Stages 1 & 2 settlements have already taken place which means more than 150 new residents have joined the growing Olivia community.

Continuing with expansion and development, civil construction works continue to advance across the estate. Sewer and drainage works in Stage 3, which is positioned towards the middle of the estate, are well underway and road excavations and service crossings have commenced. Stage 3 titles are expected in the second quarter of 2021.
